Salmon River Fish Hatchery to hold open house on Saturday

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is opening the doors to the Salmon River Fish Hatchery for public tours on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hatchery is the state’s largest and sole supplier of Chinook and coho salmon, steelhead and brown trout in Lake Ontario.
