Rabid raccoon: Prince George's County Health Department warns community of exposure

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Health Department warned community members of a rabid raccoon that was recently found in College Park. The raccoon was seen in the 5200 block of Iroquois St. on April 11. It was captured alive by the Animal Services Division after appearing very ill and weak, according to a press release from the Health Department.
