Refund Policy

We provide stable service and handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

Full Refund

If your account has been active for less than 1 day, or you have downloaded no more than 1 file, you may request a full refund (subject to review).

Partial Refund

If your account has been active for more than 1 day, a partial refund may be approved when support cannot resolve the issue and more than 40% of supported hosts are offline.

We continuously improve service quality and compensate major downtime by extending account validity when applicable.
