Police 'satisfied' nobody is missing after boat was found adrift off North Wales

North Wales Police is "satisfied" nobody is missing after a boat was found empty and adrift off Colwyn Bay. The boat, named Phoenix Hardy, was spotted off the coast at 6am on Saturday, March 18.
When the coastguard and crews from RNLI Llandudno attended the scene, nobody was on the boat. The coastguard earlier confirmed four men had been on the 20ft cruiser the day before.
