Liverpool school board parts with superintendent, appoints interim leader

The Liverpool Central School District's school board on Wednesday voted unanimously to immediately end the tenure of Superintendent Daniel Henner and appoint an interim leader. In approving a voluntary separation agreement with Henner, the school board released a statement saying the move was "in the best interest of the school district and our community as we continue our ultimate focus on improving educational outcomes for our students."
