Live: M5 traffic at Exeter after rush hour crash

All traffic on the M5 was held and was stationary due to an obstruction on the road this morning, Friday, September 6. There were long delays on the M5 southbound near Honiton as traffic was held between junction 28 and 29. The crash has since cleared but long delays remain.
