Missing Kentucky 8-month-old: 5 people now arrested, including grandparents
Three more people have been arrested after the disappearance of an 8-month-old baby, including her grandparents. And still, the baby is missing.
Kentucky State Police sent out a notice about a missing baby, Miya Tucker Rudd, on Thursday, June 6.
