Missing Grand Island teen found safe in PA; 1 person in custody

UPDATE | 7:50 a.m. GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) — Hailey Williams, 13, who was reported missing to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday morning, has been found safe in Pennsylvania. The Erie County Sheriff’s office says Williams’ family has been put in contact with State Police in Pennsylvania to pick her up.
