Man held by police in Paignton after male suffers serious injuries

Police have arrested a man in Paignton today (Sunday March 19) after another male sustained 'serious injuries'. The incident happened at a property on Queen Elizabeth Drive with emergency vehicles spotted in the area over the course of the morning.
