Loop 1604 Closures: Ramps at Kyle Seal and Babcock Road

SAN ANTONIO - Closures on Loop 1604 are continuing as the Loop 1604 Expansion Project pushes forward. On Monday, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) announced the full closure of the Westbound exit ramp to Kyle Sealy Parkway.
