Former Syracuse basketball assistant Mike Hopkins takes coaching job with Phoenix Suns (report)

Syracuse, N.Y. -- Mike Hopkins has accepted a job as an assistant coach for the Phoenix Suns, according to an ESPN report Tuesday morning by Adrian Wojnarowski and Pete Thamel. Hopkins spent seven years as the head basketball coach at the University of Washington before he was fired after the 2023-24 season.
