City SC's Bradley Carnell finishes second in MLS coach of the year voting

St. Louis City SC may have gone from being an expansion team no one expected much of in its first season to a first-place finish in the Western Conference, but it wasn’t enough to get Bradley Carnell the MLS coach of the year honor.
